Hello!

Thank you for visiting my website. My name is Thet Tun Aung, but most of my friends call me THET! I'm a friendly and proactive person with a passion for creativity.
 

I was born in Taunggyi, which is surrounded by beautiful mountains in Myanmar, and graduated from Taunggyi University with a degree in Mathematics. My interest in design began when I was captivated by artworks, magazine covers, and advertisements across various media. Inspired by these creative expressions, I decided to pursue a career in graphic design.
 

I started as a layout designer for a sports journal and magazine before becoming a cover designer. After five years, I secured a role as a senior graphic designer at Mango Advertising Agency, one of the top agencies in Myanmar. Seeking international experience, I moved to Singapore, where I worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Fullhouse Home Furnishing Co., Ltd. and later at EZbee Co., Ltd., where I was promoted to Chief Designer. I later joined Maxi Home Furnishing as Chief Designer before relocating to the UK.

I recently moved to Manchester from Sheffield after completing my Master’s in Digital Media Management at Sheffield Hallam University in November 2025.
 

Beyond design, I enjoy street photography, doodling, birdwatching, and reading.
